Requirements for the bachelor’s degree

Students complete the general business management courses in the first two years of the program. In the third and fourth years of the program, they take agricultural business classes, including the following:

  • Commodities, Futures, Options
  • Agricultural Management
  • International Business
  • Finance
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Business Electives (18 credits)

Students may be able to complete the degree within three years if they study full-time. If they are able to receive academic credit for prior learning and work experience, they may be able to reduce the number of courses they need to take, saving themselves time and money.*

Online option available

You may elect to complete the program through our online college. Studying online means that you can complete assignments and review class content whenever and wherever you have Internet access. Whether you work full time, care for family members or live many miles from campus, our online division can help you earn a degree you may have thought was impossible.
